Did you know that our Schools Program does not only cater to students?
As well as recently launching our GritFit Kids Program in Primary Schools, we have been developing and booking many staff sessions to support the entire school ecosystem.
Our GritFit UNPACKED session is designed to inform teachers and support staff of the content being delivered in students sessions, and provides deeper explanations around the intended outcomes and a person-centred approach to supporting young people. Simply put, this 1h presentation is the perfect option if wanting to find out more about our students sessions!
The other option which we are thrilled to offer is our GritFit+ sessions, which is a 1h professional learning presentation for teachers and support staff, aimed at creating a deeper internalised focus on our own lived experience and pedagogical approaches.
This session is grounded in evidence and trauma informed practice and acknowledges the complexities of student wellbeing and the possible impacts on care givers. We built this session to develop team-focused learnings designed to foster trust and communications around colleagues.
