SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY works to promote positive mental health and prevent suicide by normalising conversations about mental health and encouraging people to seek help when they need it.

We offer student staff and parent sessions for a whole school community approach to mental health and suicide prevention.

    • Student sessions are interactive and focus on emotion identification and expression, building social supports, developing help seeking strategies and kindness.
    • Staff workshops breakdown referral pathways, identification of self-regulation strategies and the complexities of student and staff wellbeing.
    • Parent sessions provide insight into student learnings by showcasing GritFit and unpacking the methodology and meaning behind it.

All of our sessions are built upon lived experience narratives.
