The Schools Program takes a whole-school approach to student wellbeing, encompassing sessions tailored for primary schools, secondary schools, as well as dedicated presentations created for teachers and support staff.
The Schools Program presentations create a safe space for open conversations and personal reflection, using evidence-informed tools and relatable (and safe) lived experience stories. Interactive sessions support young people to better understand their mental health, explore their inner strengths, and grow the confidence to care for themselves and their peers. Our staff presentations provide further information on the student sessions to teachers and support teams to encourage alignment, as well as professional learning options.
The Schools Program presentations cover:
• Mental health 101
• Building grit and awareness
• Kindness culture
• Tools to foster trust, compassion, and collective wellbeing
