Felicity and her team are passionate about supporting each other as well as the children in their care.
Last month Tash was invited along to share our Workplace and Community Presentation with the team. Amongst the activity stations brimming with fun and creative activities for the children that visit, the whole team came together to enjoy a shared dinner and conversation.
They all saw this opportunity to build on their understanding of mental health and find new and effective ways to look out for each other in what can be a very demanding environment.
Their focus – the more we can support each other, the more they can support the children that spend time in their care.
