For the 6th year running Mitch headed North to share his story with the latest group of apprentices joining the team at Fairbrother.
The Fairbrother Induction Day is a key day on the speaking calendar that Mitch always looks forward to. Having a background in the trade Mitch has the opportunity to dive deeper into breaking down the stigma that can be present in the trade industry.
This session was another step forward in the right direction when it comes to changing the way these young people view mental health.
