Join us for The Working Mind, an evidence-based workplace mental health program that helps organisations create psychologically safe, supportive and resilient workplace cultures.

The next ‘The Working Mind’ course will be held in Hobart on September 25; 8:30am-3pm for employees and 8:30am-4:30pm for managers.

The Working Mind is the brand-new course from Mental Health First Aid Australia and is a fantastic complement to the Standard Mental Health First Aid Training. This course is delivered jointly by Relationships Australia Tasmania and SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY.

Through practical activities and discussion, participants will learn to recognise changes in mental health, reduce stigma, build resilience and have more confident conversations about wellbeing.

The course explores mental health stigma, stress and resilience, and introduces the Mental Health Continuum Tool to help identify and respond to changes in yourself and others. Managers will also gain practical skills to support employee wellbeing.

Invest in a healthier workplace where people feel supported, connected and empowered to thrive.
