Trent Henderson is now OVER the halfway mark of an extraordinary journey that’s pushing the limits of physical endurance—and inspiring countless Tasmanians along the way. As part of his mission to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention, Trent is running 110 marathons in 110 days and has now clocked in 60 marathons!

What’s even more remarkable? He’s doing it all while still working full-time for De Bruyn’s Transport.

Since the beginning of his challenge, Trent has covered over 2,500 kilometers—the equivalent of running Hobart to Launceston 12+ times, all in support of Stay ChatTY.

Trent’s motivation for this monumental journey is deeply personal. He first heard Mitch speak at his high school in 2014, but it wasn’t until years later, when he found himself struggling with his own mental health, that Mitch’s message really hit home.

Trent’s journey began months before Day 1, as he trained with events like the 2024 Melbourne Nike Marathon and the 2025 Adelaide City Run Marathon. And with 50 marathons still to go, his determination hasn’t wavered – he even managed the race in the Hobart Airport Marathon the last weekend!
