With Shorts Day fast approaching, the excitement is building—and so is the support from across Tasmania! 💙
As we gear up for our biggest Shorts Day yet, we’re working hard to raise awareness and inspire as many Tasmanians as possible to brave the cold and brave the conversation on Friday 20 June.
Over 50 Buses, One Powerful Message
This month, we stopped by to thank the team at Metro for their support in promoting Shorts Day. Thanks to their generosity, our message is currently rolling out on more than 50 buses!
That means thousands of Tasmanians will see the reminder that mental health matters, and that together, we can make a difference—by showing up and joining Shorts Day 2025.
A huge shoutout to Graham, Michele, and the entire Metro team for continuing to support this cause and helping us reach even more people across the community 👏
(Stay tuned… we’ve got even bigger news with Metro coming soon 👀)
Haven’t Registered Yet? There’s Still Time!
If you’re ready to get involved, there’s still time to register for Shorts Day 2025 – it’s free, fast, and you’ll receive your rego pack to your doorstep.
Wearing shorts in the middle of winter might feel uncomfortable—but so can talking about mental health. Shorts Day is about doing both—to support those who may be struggling, raise funds for our programs, and reduce the stigma around mental health.
✅ Whether you’re a school, workplace, sports club, a group of mates or want to register your support as an individual — everyone can take part.
🎽 Don’t forget to check out the official Shorts Day merch while you’re there too!
