Mitch had the absolute pleasure recently of speaking at a tool-box meeting with those involved in the construction of the New Bridgewater Bridge Project.
McConnell Dowell is the lead contractor for the job, and the meeting held at the Pre-cast Facility had workers from a large number of Tasmanian businesses and other contractors, in attendance.
McConnell Dowell Safety Manager Luke Gardner, and Project Director Peter Fraser (both pictured) are so passionate about this project having a positive and supportive culture. So it was fantastic for Stay ChatTY to play a small part in that, and to reinforce the importance of kindness, vulnerability, and trusting your gut.
