Each year, Wrest Point Hotel Casino hosts a dynamic Learning and Development program for Supervisors and Managers, aimed at nurturing leadership skills and fostering professional growth within the team.
As part of this program, the group comes together for what they refer to as ‘Peer Learning Circles’—a space dedicated to checking in on each other’s leadership journeys and sharing valuable insights.
