This month lululemon Hobart invited members of the public to attend a morning of movement in Franklin Square. Entry to this event was by donation, and participants were put through a series of 20-minute workouts throughout the morning. It started off intense with high-intensity body weight movements, and then slowed down with yoga and meditation to finish. James was present and told the group about Stay ChatTY and the protective nature of being a part of a community group. Thank you to everyone who made the morning possible, and for the money raised.
