November was mental health month at RACT – Hobart, which was a perfect opportunity to raise awareness and reduce the stigma associated with mental health. This year, 27 teams consisting of 127 staff across the organisation signed up to be a part of the Safety and Wellbeing’s RACT Team Challenge for Mental Health.

Each team was required to complete weekly challenges to broaden their knowledge and understanding of the issues people with mental health conditions can face. Initiatives such as this not only raise awareness and funds but aim to educate staff to reinforce relationships across the workplace, families and our overall community. Thank you RACT for your continued support, now and into the future.
