Conversations matter – the spread of Coronavirus is affecting all of us emotionally. If you have had a difficult day at work, school or in your home, it’s important to talk about it. Pick up the phone, jump online and discuss how you’re feeling and thinking, every day, good and bad. If you notice someone is not themselves, or they are just that 1% off, start a conversation and check in. Ask how they are, ask how they are doing, ask if they want to talk about anything. Conversations can be life-changing, and sometimes even lifesaving.

Get the help you need – There is no shame in reaching out for help if you’re struggling. Learn about what support is available to you at school and in the community, and don’t be afraid to tap into these resources if you’re not feeling like yourself or if you need someone to listen to you.
