Wynyard High School in the states North West recently held an all school Values Day.
To kick off the day, Mitch was invited along for Q&A with the grade 7-10 students and staff answering questions about his journey and how he exemplifies the focus of the day, courage.
Mitch also spoke about the often-challenging topic of mental health and what young people can do to support themselves and others.
The take away from the session was “Be yourself, but do it respectfully”.
