Hobart City High School recently held a mental health focused week.
The Grade 10 students and staff kicked off the week with a Q &A with Mitch at the New Town Campus.
Mitch McPherson had a strong focus on kindness, normalising mental health conversations, looking out for each other, doing more of what you are good at and being patient with finding purpose.
