Mitch was invited along to share his story with first and second year apprentices from Degree C in Campbell Town.
Degree C gathered their newest employees to go over many important aspects to becoming an integral part of the organisation, with mental health as a really strong focus for the business.
As a tradie himself, Mitch embraces the opportunity to share his learnings around his own previous lack of understanding and ignorance towards mental health.
We hope hearing this story creates change not only within the culture of Degree C, but in the personal lives of those that attended.
