Alex and Leah headed along to KGV Football Park for a BOUNCE session with the Glenorchy Knights (Croatia-Glenorchy) players before training last week.
We looked at how some well-known athletes have shown resilience across their sporting and life journeys, and did some brainstorming activities to identify team and individual strengths, that will help players navigate through challenges on and off the pitch.
