Mitch and James proudly represented Stay ChatTY at Dominic College’s inaugural ‘Mental Health Week’. This initiative led by Grade Coordinator of Pastoral Care, Aaron Davey focuses on a variety of topics such as self-care, body image, fitness and how to safely manage social media to name a few. We delivered four sessions to the grade 9 group across the week, with our sessions having a clear focus on mental health 101, and an important framework to follow when looking to help out a friend.
We can’t wait for next year and to continue supporting this fantastic week.
