Massive thanks to Prospect House and Ravenswood Fire Brigade for having Kylea visit recently to share our Workplace & Community Presentation.
In such a high-pressure environment like firefighting, prioritising mental wellbeing and support as well as having a strong team culture is fundamental. Our sessions aim to highlight the importance of conversations and letting people know that nothing is too bad you can’t talk about it.
We are so grateful to be able to deliver sessions that empower people to speak up and make their mental health a priority.
