As the weather gets cooler and the days get shorter, we are reminded that it can be uncomfortable to be a little cold especially in shorts – as it can be to talk about mental health.
Shorts Day is our reminder that as a collective, we can do our part to brave the cold and brave the conversation by wearing shorts to work, school, your sporting club and taking part in Shorts Day initiatives.
This is our opportunity to spark conversations and help normalise that many Tasmanian’s experience a mental illness in their lifetime.
Our official 2023 Limited Edition Shorts Day Shorts are also now on sale. (Along with other Shorts Day merch so make sure to get in quick via our website!
