The strong sense of community on Flinders was evident on Rach and Issy’s recent trip and the sessions with Flinders Island District High School involved conversations with value and depth.
The Flinder’s community showed us the importance of connection to ensure that everyone feels safe to talk about their mental health and that people are always here to help and have a conversation.
We felt grateful to be connected with another area of the state and look forward to seeing the impact of our program in the community.
