Mitch McPherson is pictured presenting at the Fairbrother’s First year Apprentice Induction Day.

For the 8th consecutive year, Mitch travelled to Campbell Town to participate in Fairbrother’s First Year Apprentice Induction Day. It’s a tradition that Mitch holds close to his heart—a day filled with inspiration, learning, and heartfelt conversations.

Each year, Mitch eagerly anticipates this opportunity to connect with a new cohort of young men and women who are embarking on an exciting and pivotal phase of their lives. As they step into the world of construction, Mitch wanted to impart valuable insights, share his personal journey, and most importantly, instil a sense of hope for the future.

Throughout the day, Mitch shared his own experiences, including the challenges he faced and the lessons learned along the way. But above all, he wanted to emphasise the importance of prioritising mental health in both personal and professional realms, encourage self-care practices, and promote the importance of seeking help when needed.

Fairbrother stands as a shining example of a company that focuses on the well-being of its team members. Founder Royce, CEO Kurt, and the entire team are committed to fostering a culture of support, understanding, and compassion—a sentiment that Mitch wholeheartedly echoes.

At Stay ChatTY, we’re proud to partner with organisations like Fairbrother, who share our vision of a world where mental health is prioritised and supported, one conversation at a time.
