As February was underway, we were filled with immense gratitude for the opportunity to once again be a part of the Degree C Tasmania 1st year Apprentice’s Day for 2024.

This annual event holds a special place in our hearts, as it provides a platform for our team to engage with and support the next generation of apprentices. For several years now, we’ve had the privilege of being involved in this initiative, and each time, it reaffirms our commitment to promoting mental health awareness and fostering supportive workplaces.

There’s something truly fulfilling about witnessing new team members embark on their journey of upskilling in mental health. Knowing that they’re not only gaining valuable knowledge but also becoming integral parts of workplaces that prioritise wellbeing fills us with pride and hope for the future.

A huge shoutout goes to Jess, whose dedication and support make this event possible year after year. Her efforts ensure that our team can connect with apprentices, share important insights, and contribute to creating a culture of support and understanding in the workplace.

As we look ahead to the rest of the year, we’re excited about the positive impact that initiatives like the Degree C Tasmania Apprentice’s Day will continue to have on individuals and workplaces alike. Here’s to a year filled with growth, learning, and unwavering support for mental health and well-being! 🌟
