With school closures and cancelled events, many young people may be feeling anxious, isolated and disappointed. During this time, we really want to make sure staff members, teachers and young people are still receiving our key messages around promoting positive mental health.
We will be working hard in the next few weeks to put together online educational resources to help support the wellbeing of those around us, especially those who may already be vulnerable or suffering from mental health difficulties.
Be kind to yourself and others – Engage in healthy activities that you enjoy doing and find relaxing. Take a break from social media and news each day to connect with something you love doing.
