In late December, Mitch Gittus and 5 fellow cyclists decided to challenge themselves to a 500km trip from Stanley to Hobart in a day. This amazing group raised not only money along the journey, but they spread the importance of a conversation to as many people as they could. We are so appreciative of special initiatives such as this one. They are just so important to communities right around the state.

Here are a few stats from the day:

Distance: 503km
Ride Time: 17h 28min
Elevation: 6108m
Average Speed: 28.7km/h
